Lab 3: The Bead Gallery

Due:  

• Part A: Tuesday, September 25, by 5:15 p.m.
• Part B: Tuesday, October 2, by 5:15 p.m.

• You will turn in most of your work by checking it in through Subversion.
• When I ask you to draw a class diagram, you will turn that in on paper. Bring it to my office and slide it under my door if I'm not here.
• For part B, I will also ask you to make an appointment with me.D

• Experiment with Subversion. Learn good habits and some useful tricks.
• Learn how to make changes to TurboGears models.
• Learn about some additional TurboGears features.
• Apply some more of what you have been learning by reading OOA&D.

Collaboration: You must work in teams of 2-3 for this lab. You may discuss the assignment with anyone you wish. You may obtain
help from anyone you wish, but you should clearly document that help. You need turn in only one assignment per team.

1. Locating the Site: Checking out and configuring the project
2. Digging: Running and reading the code
3. Investigations: Planning changes

• Part B (due Tuesday, October 2)
1. Introduction
2. Preparing to make changes
3. Revising the model
4. Viewing items with the new model
5. Editing items
6. Cleaning up
