1. What work should you do in advance of class meetings? When should that work be done?

6. Why do you think I gave you this assignment?
7. What questions about the class do you have that aren't answered by the Web site?

1. If you have declared a major, what is it? If not, what major(s) are you considering? What about concentrations?
2. What other courses are you taking?  (Please give course titles as well as numbers.)
3. What do you expect to learn or gain in this course?
4. What are your concerns for this course?
5. Is there anyone in this class you would prefer not to work with? (This really belongs in the Study Team Questionnaire, but I put the question here so that you can answer it privately by email.)
6. Tell me something about yourself that you'd like me to ask you more about later (e.g., your hometown, your goals, a hobby).
