This page allows you to edit existing surveys, create new surveys and add questions to the database.

Add a New Question

This will allow you to add a new question to the database. This question can then be added to specific surveys.

Enter a new question:

short answer
multiple choice(radio)
multiple choice(check boxes)

Remove a Question

This allows you to remove a specific question from a specified survey.

This allows you to change the order of the questions in a specific survey

Create or Modify A Survey

This allows you to create a new survey or modify an existing survey. If the year specified already exists you can add questions, if it does not yet exist you can specify questions to be on it.

This will allow you to add or remove a user in to the database.

This will allow you to edit exisiting or add new multiple choide answers.
