CSC362.L01 2004S, Lab 12: Translation

Today's lab is definitely "in progress"
We will look at the wonders of translation from Stupid to PAL
* You may want to review lab 2 (Stupid and PAL)

In the Examples directory, you will see a subdirectory
  stupid/Examples
    xxx.stupid

(1) Run the stupid "compiler" on each of them and look at the results
  cd /home/rebelsky/Web/Courses/CS362/2004S/Examples/stupid/Stupid
  java stupid.Stupid xxx.stupid

YOUR GOAL IN PART 1 IS TO OBSERVE THE GENERATED CODE!

(2) Look at StupidTranslator.java (in the stupid directory) and see how
the translation of Booleans differs from that given in class.

YOUR GOAL IN PART 2 IS TO OBSERVE HOW TRANSLATION MIGHT WORK.

(3) Make your own copy of StupidTranslator.java and extend it to handle
other arithmetic operations (subtraction, division)

YOUR GOAL IN PART 3 IS TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO EXTEND THIS TRANSLATOR.
ALONG THE WAY, YOU SHOULD LEARN SOMETHING ABOUT TRANSLATION.

(4) Working with your own copy of StupidTranslator.java, extend it to handle
AND and OR.
