Thoughts on minors:
* Some school require both: Depth in a second discipline is good
  * May not fit in the individually-mentored curriculum concept
* Agree that it can look good on your resume and show more about your
  interests; Not everyone agrees
* And concentrations are not the same thing
* Might get skewed towards disciplines that have large prerequisite
  structures.
* Does this encourage people to do things that are less good for them?
* Could be hard in some disciplines with less structure
* Lots of paperwork
* What would this do to concentrations?
