Owning the Intangible: Possession, Theft, and (Mis)Appropriation of Ideas

Followup to Class 5

Presented in no particular order.

Don't forget that the readings are generally in the syllabus for the course. (I'll still do my best to remind you, but you should be prepared to look in the syllabus.)

You have lots and lots of reading for Thursday.

You should also gather the syllabi from your courses in preparation for our appointments on Thursday and Friday. If a syllabus is only online, it's fine with me if you write down the key assignments.

Don't forget Convo on Thursday. If you can't regularly make Convo, we'll need to work something else out. (For example, you might need to arrange a time to watched the videotaped sessions, if they are videotaped.)

Disclaimer: I usually create these pages on the fly, which means that I rarely proofread them and they may contain bad grammar and incorrect details. It also means that I tend to update them regularly (see the history for more details). Feel free to contact me with any suggestions for changes.
