These are materials that I (Sam Rebelsky) have collected for the Summer 1998 Grinnell World-Wide Web Workshop. More materials are also available at the central workshop site (which I don't yet know).

Although I had originally volunteered to serve only as a resource for the workshop, it seems that I have come to take a more central role. Parts of the workshop also integrate well with some of my summer research on web annotations and modifications, which is funded by the Robert N. Noyce Faculty Study Grant.

The workshop front door is a good place to get started.

My version of the schedule is a good place to get more information on the format of the workshop.

You might also want to read the lists of workshop leaders and workshop participants.

On Monday, July 13, I am scheduled to give a brief tutorial on HTML.

On Tuesday, July 14, I am scheduled to demonstrate my course web pages. I will also be making some basic design recommendations.

On Wednesday, July 15, I am scheduled to lead a discussion of putting student work online.

On Wednesday, Leslie Czechowski and I are scheduled to look at other issues in course web design, such as discussion groups and annotations.

On Friday, Bill Francis and I are scheduled to lead a discussion of other technologies.
