The exercises in set #1 and in the extra-credit sets are optional. You may work on them individually or in groups, and you may submit partial or complete solutions to any of the proposed exercises at any time.
The exercises in the remaining sets are required, and each student must submit his or her own solutions, not collaborating with any other student.
