Specification refinementss for the scheduling project

Login: User should have to log in first before they are allowed to see a 
schedule or do anything.

Refresh: There should not be any refresh mechanism other than the user 
manually clicking the refresh button (and the pages getting updated when a 
user changes something).

Time period: Schedules should be shown by weeks, with a small calendar 
representing the month, allowing a user to click on a week, and with either 
two arrows to allow a user to go forward a month and back a month, or a drop 
down box to allow the user to select the month to jump to.
