Template for the Page in the Middle of a Talk

A typical content page in the middle of a talk has several special elements at the start and end; the middle of the page contains the content itself.

The body tag contains an "on-load" field that specifies the relevant index page to load:

```
Here, "top.index.location" references the location URL to be located in the "index" frame of the "top"-level of this page. Within the URL, the question mark (?) marks the beginning of the query string. The text "middle" specifies the relevant title secttion for the index page.
The bottom of this page includes links to the "previous" and "next" content pages for navigation through the talk.
Here, the page bottom also contains a reference to the W3C standard 4.01 logo. Clicking on that logo yields a link to the W3C validation service for this page.
