As can be deduced by the title, these computer chips are to be installed in the Sytek Localnet Communications box, in order to implement the new version of the software. The instruction manual accompanying the chips explains the proper disassembly/installation/reassembly procedures. The chips and manual were made in 1984 by Sytek, Incorporated.
